\nBookings must be made via our online platform.
\nSimply select the date and type of space you want and follow the steps.

2.1 What types of spaces are available for booking?<\/strong>
\nWe have 4 training rooms of different sizes and 1 auditorium, equipped according to the needs of the event.

2.2 Do the spaces have Wi-Fi available?<\/strong>
\nYes, all rooms and common areas have access to free Wi-Fi.
\n
2.3 What equipment is available in the rooms?<\/strong>
\nThe rooms are equipped with projectors, screens, whiteboards and speakers.

2.4 Is technical support available for the Auditorium?<\/strong>
\n<\/i> Technical support in the Auditorium is provided by an external team managed by the training centre.
\nIts activation requires a prior request from the person responsible for the booking. The request must be made at least 48 hours in advance. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

\nYes, you can bring your own materials, as long as they don't interfere with the infrastructure of the space.

\nThe spaces must be used in accordance with the centre's rules. Any specific needs must be communicated in advance.

3.3 How can I give feedback on my experience at the centre?<\/strong>

4.1 Is catering available at the training centre?<\/strong>
\n<\/i> The training centre does not provide its own catering service. If you need catering for your event\/training, the person making the booking must organise this independently.

\n 4.2 If my training doesn't have catering at BALC, are there other options?<\/strong>
\n Yes. Within Sonae Campus, there are 4 restaurants distributed throughout the different buildings, where you can have meals during events or training sessions.
\nIn addition, food warming areas are available in the Industry building, ideal for those who bring their own meals.

\n4.3 How can I evaluate the catering experience?<\/strong>
\nIf you have used a catering service, you can rate it in our satisfaction survey, available via QR Code in the centre.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

5.1 Where is the training centre located?<\/strong>
\nOur centre is located in Lugar do Espido, Via Norte, 4471-909 Maia, in Edificio 1A Piso 0, easily accessible by public transport and with parking nearby.<\/p>\n

5.2 Is there a car park available?<\/strong>
\nYes, we have [free] car parking options on campus.

5.3 Is the centre accessible to people with reduced mobility?<\/strong>

1.1. The space must be booked in advance via the online platform.
\n1.2 Use of the space is strictly for the purposes indicated at the time of booking.
\n1.3 The occupancy time must be respected. If it is necessary to extend use, the request must be made in advance and will be subject to availability.
\n 1.4. We do not accept short-term bookings (1h\/2h); the space is only intended for events and training sessions lasting at least 4 or 8 hours.
\n1.5. Cancellations must be notified up to 48 hours in advance (72 hours in advance for Auditorium bookings). Cancellation charges may apply in accordance with established policies.
\n1.6. The person responsible for the booking must ensure that all participants comply with the centre's guidelines. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

2.1. The reserved spaces are equipped with projectors, sound system\/columns, Wi-Fi and whiteboards. If you need additional equipment, you must request it in advance.
\n2.2 Maintenance of the equipment during the event is the responsibility of the person who booked the space.
\n2.3 Any damage to or malfunction of the equipment must be reported immediately to the centre's staff. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

3.1. <\/i> The training centre does not provide a catering service<\/strong>. The person responsible for the booking must organise this service independently if necessary.
\n3.2 The centre cannot be held responsible for delays, failures or any problems related to catering contracted by third parties.
\n3.3 External catering is permitted, provided that the rules of hygiene and cleanliness are respected.
\n3.4 For events or training without hired catering, participants can use the various restaurants available on campus, spread across different buildings. There are also areas equipped for heating meals in the Industry building, which can be used freely. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

4.1. <\/i> Technical support for the Auditorium is not provided by the training centre<\/strong>. If technical support is required for sound, light or projection, the event organiser must ask the BALC team for the necessary technical support.
\n4.2. The centre cannot be held responsible for technical faults that occur during the event if a formal request for assistance has not been made in advance.
\n4.3 Tests for events must be carried out in advance, within the time booked. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

5.1. The space must be left in the same condition as it was delivered.
\n5.2 All rubbish must be disposed of in the appropriate places.
\n5.3 In the event of damage to the infrastructure or equipment, the person responsible for the booking may be charged for the cost of repairs. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

6.1. The training centre is open from 9h00 to 18h00.
\n6.2. Access to the rooms is permitted only to participants registered for the event\/training.
\n 6.3. BALC is part of a business campus; for this reason, for events with a large number of participants, we ask that you send us the full list of attendees in advance and, if you intend to use the campus car park, also the vehicle details.
\nIn these cases, it is also recommended that the organising team assists with the routing and reception of participants, facilitating their arrival at the centre. <\/strong>
