Your personal data may be passed on to partner companies (Subcontractors) whose participation is essential to ensure the regular operation of this website, guaranteeing that you enjoy all its functionalities, namely IT and communication service providers. Whenever these companies process your personal data in our name and on our behalf, we guarantee the same level of security and privacy in that processing.

In the strict legitimate interest of Sonae in guaranteeing the management of reservations for the Belmiro de Azevedo Learning Centre rooms, we will process the following categories of personal data – identification data, contact data and professional data.
We undertake to delete your personal data within 1 (one) month of using the room(s) booked. Notwithstanding the above, if you book rooms on a regular basis, your personal data will be kept for a period of 1 (one) year from the first booking.
