1.1 How can I book a space at the training centre?
Bookings must be made via our online platform.
Simply select the date and type of space you want and follow the steps.

1.2 How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to guarantee availability.

1.3 Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes, changes and cancellations can be made directly on the platform, subject to our change and cancellation conditions.

1.4 What happens if there is a problem with the booking?
If you have any problems, you can contact us at [email protected]/ +351 220 104 750 or go to the centre's reception.

2.1 What types of spaces are available for booking?
We have 4 training rooms of different sizes and 1 auditorium, equipped according to the needs of the event.

2.2 Do the spaces have Wi-Fi available?
Yes, all rooms and common areas have access to free Wi-Fi.

2.3 What equipment is available in the rooms?
The rooms are equipped with projectors, screens, whiteboards and a sound system.

2.4 Is technical support available for the Auditorium?
The Auditorium technical support team is not managed by the training centre. Should you require technical assistance during the event, this should be requested directly by the person responsible for the booking.

3.1 Can I bring my own materials to the training?
Yes, you can bring your own materials, as long as they don't interfere with the infrastructure of the space.

3.2 Are there any restrictions on the use of the space?
The spaces must be used in accordance with the centre's rules. Any specific needs must be communicated in advance.

3.3 How can I give feedback on my experience at the centre?
We have QR Codes available at various points in the centre so that you can answer our satisfaction survey.

4.1 Is catering available at the training centre?
The training centre does not provide its own catering service. If you need catering for your event/training, the person making the booking must organise this independently.

4.2 Does the centre help with hiring caterers?
Yes. The centre provides the contact details for a catering contract with Eurest or Go natural.

4.3 Can I bring food and drinks to the event?
Yes, as long as you follow the centre's guidelines and don't interfere with other users of the space.

4.4 How can I evaluate the catering experience?
If you have used a catering service, you can rate it in our satisfaction survey, available via QR Code in the centre.

5.1 Where is the training centre located?
Our centre is located in Lugar do Espido, Via Norte, 4471-909 Maia, in Edificio 1A Piso 0, easily accessible by public transport and with parking nearby.

5.2 Is there a car park available?
Yes, we have car parking options [gratuito] on campus.

5.3 Is the centre accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the centre has adapted access to ensure comfort for all participants.

We are open from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

6.3 What to do in the event of an emergency during an event?
In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of our staff and use the emergency exits indicated

Usage guidelines

1.1 The space must be booked in advance via the online platform.
1.2 Use of the space is strictly for the purposes indicated at the time of booking.
1.3 The occupancy time must be respected. If it is necessary to extend use, the request must be made in advance and will be subject to availability.
1.4. The person responsible for the booking must ensure that all participants comply with the centre's guidelines.

2.1. The reserved spaces are equipped with projectors, a sound system, Wi-Fi and whiteboards. If you need additional equipment, you must request it in advance.
2.2 Maintenance of the equipment during the event is the responsibility of the person who booked the space.
2.3 Any damage to or malfunction of the equipment must be reported immediately to the centre's staff.

3.1. The training centre does not provide a catering service. The person responsible for the booking must organise this service independently if necessary.
3.2 The centre cannot be held responsible for delays, failures or any problems related to catering contracted by third parties.
3.3 External catering is permitted, provided that the rules of hygiene and cleanliness are respected.

4.1. Technical support for the Auditorium is not provided by the training centre. If technical support is required for sound, lighting or projection, the event organiser must provide the necessary technical team.
4.2. The centre cannot be held responsible for technical faults that occur during the event if a formal request for assistance has not been made in advance.
4.3 Equipment tests must be carried out in advance, within the time booked.

5.1. The space must be left in the same condition as it was delivered.
5.2 All rubbish must be disposed of in the appropriate places.
5.3 In the event of damage to the infrastructure or equipment, the person responsible for the booking may be charged for the cost of repairs.

6.1 The training centre is open from 9.00 to 18.00.
6.2 Access to the rooms is only permitted to participants registered for the event/training.
6.3 In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of the centre staff and use the emergency exits indicated.
