How to use the platform?

To book a space, go to the booking platform, choose the date, the space you want and fill in the necessary information.
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation.

The training centre has 4 training rooms and 1 auditorium.
Bookings are subject to availability.

Yes, you can book multiple spaces, as long as they are available.
Make sure your booking doesn't clash with other activities you've already booked.

Yes, bookings must respect the following fixed periods:

  • Morning: 9am to 1pm
  • Afternoon: 2pm to 6pm
  • Full day: 9am to 6pm

It is not possible to book spaces for blocks of 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. All bookings must fall within the periods defined above.

The catering service is the sole responsibility of the client. Both the booking and the request must be dealt with directly by the caterer. The entrance hall can be used for the service, but is subject to space limitations. We advise you to check availability before confirming your booking.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking on the platform, respecting the deadlines set.
In the event of last-minute changes, please contact the person in charge directly.

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If adjustments need to be made, you will be contacted.

Yes, each room and the auditorium has a defined maximum capacity.
Check the information on the platform before making your booking.

The platform is available to authorised collaborators. If you don't have access, check with the team responsible.

Yes, some spaces are equipped with projectors and sound systems.
If you need specific equipment, please inform us when booking.

You can consult the platform's diary to check the availability of spaces and avoid overlaps.

The centre is primarily intended for in-house training, but exceptions can be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
