The Belmiro de Azevedo Learning Center (BALC) is a space dedicated to learning and professional development within the Sonae Group. Created as a tribute to founder Belmiro de Azevedo, the BALC reflects his commitment to education, innovation and the continuous growth of people.

Rooms
We offer a versatile and modern environment, prepared to host various learning initiatives and corporate events.
We have four training rooms equipped for different work dynamics and an Auditorium designed for face-to-face, hybrid and digital events, with integrated Teams Meeting and streaming technology.
For complete event support, we have a support space in the entrance hall, ideal for welcoming participants, networking and moments of interaction.
In addition, the external areas surrounding the building provide an inspiring environment, integrating into the dynamism of the Sonae Campus in Maia.
